YOU ASK, WE ANSWER

Need to know more about us? Our following knowledge centre may help.

Our store is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Generally no – we do sometimes during busy NEC exhibition periods though booking in advance is still required.

Yes, of course. While the majority of our customers are businesses we are open to the general public.

Yes, there is a free short stay car park within 50 yards of our premises. We can also provide a temporary parking pass to our customers to cover slightly longer visits.

No, not necessarily but it’s always good to notify us in advance by email or phone if you need a full consultation.

Prices within print can be quite fluid. They can depend on many factors such as quantities/finishes/turnaround times. Therefore, we tend to price on application.

For many years we have offered credit accounts to our regular customers. If we initially build up a business relationship with a customer we are more than happy to offer credit. But without that relationship we will not offer credit.

Generally we print what our customers provide us as long as it’s provided print-ready – but we do understand that not everyone is able to provide high quality print ready artwork. So we do offer some basic artwork set-ups via Canva. Artwork is chargeable.

Yes we do. Please find the attached pdf file. This covers all the main aspects of providing good quality printy-ready artwork. ARTWORK GUIDE HERE

We are happy to accept cash, card or BACS transfers. We have transaction methods in-store and online via card payment links. We no longer accept cheques.

We do offer some local business deliveries and we do dispatch via post or courier at the customers expense.

If you’re exhibiting at the NEC and you order your print from us we do our best to get your goods over to you. But unfortunately there are times when that isn’t possible. Sometimes we can leave work with show organisers in advance.

Our papers are all sourced from sustainable sources.  We are also supporters of Woodland Heritage who champion the use of home grown timber from sustainable productive woodlands.
